Mix ground beef with 1/2 tsp white pepper, 2 tablespoons corn starch and 2 tablespoons water. Make the mixed ground beef into small balls. Bring a pot of water (4 quart dutch oven, half full) to boil. Put meatballs into boiling water to boil for 15 minutes. Put meatballs in one by one [not all at once]. Drain meatballs and put aside. Pour away water. Chop up the green peppers and cut the carrots into small pieces (about the size of the meatball). Stir fry them separately until done. To stir fry use flat bottom fry pan, cover bottom thinly with oil, put the vegetables in, stir them continuously when they are being fried at high heat. Open a can of chunky pineapples for the natural sour taste. Pour the juice into a 4 quar dutch oven and, mix it with 6 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 cups of ketchup, and 1-1/2 cups of water. Then, put meatballs, green peppers, carrots and pineapple in the sauce mixture. Bring the pot to boil, then turn the stove down to medium heat. Cover pot, let cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until mixture thickens. Serve it hot. Enjoy your dinner.
