- Round steak
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 can beef consomme
- 11 oz Burgundy (optional)
- garlic salt to taste
- parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all liquid ingredients with garlic salt and parsley flakes to season.
- Place sliced round steak in shallow roasting pan.
- Top with slices of onion.
- Pour mixture over meat and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
