Clean chicken breasts. Score tops of breasts across grain.
Place chicken into a non-metal casserole bone side down. Pour the lemon juice over the breasts, cover, and marinate, refrigerated, for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients, and mix well in a blender. Pour over the chicken breasts, and marinate, refrigerated, at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 500° F.
Transfer chicken to a clean, lightly oiled baking pan bone side down. Place chicken in oven, and bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.
