1 8 oz package egg noodles
2 lbs ground beef
3 tsp butter
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown beef in non-stick skillet and drain.
3. Add butter, tomato sauce and garlic powder.
4. Cook noodles according to package direction and drain.
5. Add Ricotta cheese and cream cheese. Stir until melted.
6. Pour noodle mixture into a greased casserole dish.
7. Pour meat sauce over top. Do not mix together.
8. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
9. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
