In a small saucepan, soften the gelatin in water. Place the gelatin obver a low heat, stir until dissolved.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the chopped pecans, mayonnaise, garlic salt, mustard, Tabasco Sauce, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Blue cheese, and whipped cream. Stir together well, then add the gelatin, and stir in.
Lightly coat a four cup mold with the remaining mayonnaise, and pour the cheese sauce into the mold.
Refrigerate the cheese mold overnight. When ready to serve, unmold on a chilled serving plate.
Garnish Three Cheese Appetizer with cherry tomatoes, green olives, and fresh parsley.
