7 or 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups fine, dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1 tbsp
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried basil
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, thyme, and basil. Mix well
3. Dip chicken pieces in butter and coat with bread crumb mixture.
4. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Bake for 20 mins or until done.
