Tofu Chili
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup frozen tofu, thawed mashed, drained and squeezed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 block tofu, cubed
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1 can tomato paste, small
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1/2 cup water
To make Tofu Chili
- Heat canola oil and saute onion until tender.
- Add chopped garlic, tofu and seasoning.
- Stir in tomato paste and vinegar, cook over low heat few minutes.
- Add beans and water.
Serve Tofu Chili with Parmesan cheese. You may also add vegetables such as peppers, zucchini, corn, and cabbage to this recipe. Make 4 to 5 servings of Tofu Chili.
