Hot Chicken is a specialty fried chick in the city of Nashville, Tennessee. Hot Chicken is characterized by a paprika and cayenne pepper glaze. Nashville Hot Chicken is traditionally served on white bread and topped with pickles. Use Tones Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning on chick as well as in dips and on potatoes or fish.

Ingredients: Salt, Paprika, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Chili Pepper, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Cayenne Pepper, Maltodextrin, Black Pepper, Silicon Dioxide (added to keep from caking), White Distilled Vinegar, Natural Flavor, Rosemary Extract and Green Tea Extract (Antioxidants).

To Make Nashville Hot Chicken

Fry chicken as normal. Reserve 1/2 cup frying oil. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Tones Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning; stir together. Dunk, baste or dizze the oil/seasoning mix on chicken and serve.
