Upside Down Cheese Biscuit Ingredients
- 2 tsps dried parsely flakes
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits, 10 count
To make Upside Down Cheese Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Melt butter in 8 inch round or square pan.
- Stir in parsley and cheese.
- Cut each biscuit in quarters and arrange pieces in pan.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until top is rich brown.
- Cover with serving plate and invert.
- Use fork to break off pieces.
