1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add egg and beat well.
4. Blend in vanilla.
5. In a separate bowl combine flour and salt.
6. Add flour and salt to creamed mixture.
7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
