Product Recipes
- 1 to 2 lbs beef cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 (10oz) pkgs frozen mixed vegetables
- small head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cans of tomatoes
- Heat canola oil in large soup pan.
- Brown beef cubes in hot oil.
- Add water to cover beef cubes.
- Add chopped onion and bouillion to pan
- Simmer for approx 1 hr or until beef is tender.
- Add mixed vegetables and cabbage to cooked beef.
- Cook until vegetables are done.
- Add tomatoes to soup and cook another 10 mins.
