Recipe: Weekend Soup
Recipes using Tones Parsley Flakes

- 1 can V-8 juice
- 1 can condensed consomme or beef boullion
- 1/2 to 1 soup can sherry (about 1/2 to 1 cup)
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Combine V-8 and consomme or beef boullion soup. Heat to boiling. add sherry, parsley and lemon juice. Serve. Great for football games, skating, yachting, and cold weather. Serves 2 - 3. Double or triple as desired.
