Product Recipes
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups lukewarm flour
- 3 cups white flour
- Combine wheat flour, salt, brown sugar and yeast. Add to this add shortening and water.
- Knead in white flour. Shape and put into two 9x5" greased bread pans.
- Let rise until twice in bulk. Bake 400° F. degrees for 40 minutes.
