- zucchini, sliced
- onions, sliced
- 8ozs shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 16oz jar spaghetti sauce flavored with mushrooms
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Butter an oven proof casserole dish
- In buttered casserole dish layer zucchini, onions and cheese to approximately 1/4 inch from top of dish.
- Top with spahetti sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 45 mins or until squash is tender.
