Ok so I am always seeing this commercial on TV about using the Glycemic Index to lose weight....does anyone know what type of food you eat on it or have any recipes that would apply?

Wel, I must admit thos eare really very useful sites. Although, I personally don't follow a strict diet plan, I just observe the following rule: Less salt, less sugar, less fat. And I think that's the best ever and the easiest tip you can have.

It's based on keeping your blood sugar as level as possible throughout the day, instead of eating foods that spike you blood sugar levels & then you want to eat everything that is not nailed down. I started on this way of eating & in 4 months I've lost 40#'s & 4 dress sizes.
Amazon has some good books to get you started.
