Hey everyone, I haven't really been cooking all that much lately, going out more. Today I had a piece of pumpkin chocolate-chip bread (store-bought) it was Good!! I did make Homemade oatmeal cookies last week with raisins, ate some gave some away, they went fast. you can also do oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips instead of raisins.

I also started stir-frying again and bought a new WOK last week been busy getting ready for fall and the colder weather. Have a good weekend! Cookie :)

yum! that pumpkin chocolate chip bread sounds awesome! although I do love anything with pumpkin in it so I guess I am not a fair judge! haha does anyone know a good recipe to make this at home? thanks! Also, which store did you purchase the bread in?

Bon Bon Tea Cookies - My family prefers these to regular chocolate chip cookies they are just awesome :)

Makes about 52

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 pound butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
Powdered sugar for coating cookies

Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixture until fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well. Gradually add flour, cinnamon and nuts. Stir in 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips. Shape into 1" balls and place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Place some confectioners sugar in bag, drop a few cookies at a time in the sugar and shake to coat. Remove and place in storage container. Continue this process until all cookies are coated. Store at room temperature.

This recipe is nice and looking great.
