this is difficult - I don't know what batter you use - how hot your griddle/skillet is - if you are using oil or spray - how thick your batter is - etc.

what batter are you using?

I'm using bisquick for the mix. And I make my pancake for atleast 1/3 inch thickness and I use oil. Does my procedure in putting the chocolate chips is right?

I sprinkle mine on the batter just when they begin to bubble - some incorporate the chips in the batter before placing on the griddle. I use oil and I use a hot griddle.

Hmm, that sounds good. I will try doing how you do it and see if it will taste different with how I do it.
