Hey Kevin that looks good! Get this: My son-in-law made some of his Rice with Shrimp and I fried Okra, and he made sauteed steak and oh my goodness what a blend of flavors, it was out of this world delicious, the combination of flavors complemented themselves so splendidly! And that was just lunch! LOL

Dang- I'm jealous Cath! Does indeed sound scrumptious!

On the few times I've had paella in Spain it has been gritty and soggy.

Maybe it''s what they sell to the tourists but it has put me off it.
