Today was a misereable day ! With Flash floods and rain...rain and more rain ! Soooo.... I thought it would be a good time to make some comfort food....Buttermilk biscuits and Tomato gravy.....different strokes for different strokes...lol..anyway...Biscuits came out perfect....but I burnt the gravy [EMAIL="to...@#$%"]to...@#$%[/EMAIL] n back !:mad: lol.....I wanted to cry....nearly did... so much for my comfort food !
But those Biscuits sure tasted good with Blackberry Jam !

Your weather sounds like what we had the last 3 days - not nice - and the lightning kept hitting all around us - the thunder shook the house so bad I think it moved it over a bit! LOL

Francie, I very much understand your frustration! And feel for you too. But I have just got to say it is such a warm feeling to know someone else besides me loves tomato gravy:D Gosh I miss it I have not had any in a while, and just latley with all my fresh tomatoes I have been wanting some, you just motivated me to make some! Thanks so much and I hope that will make ya' smile.

I hate flash floods, my poor garden suffered so from one:( But thankfully I had enough tomato plants in containers that I am not totally with-out some fresh 'maters:p
