Rick, sure like you might be on your way. I would like to do something like that here. We just don't have that many people. (Small town) And no money.
We do have a good "Q" place, they have been in business from the 70's.
We do have a large Hispanic population. Maybe I can do Mexican hot dogs. naw.
On reheating your bar-b-que, how do you do it? I vac pack mine and then simmer in water to reheat. Taste just like fresh. Well almost its still good. CF:)

Not a single show at the farmers markets so far. I think any goodies people have they are keeping for themselves. It is a hot one out there today. 92 and it is not even noon yet.

That's how I re-heat mine too and it tastes as good as just off the pit. At least I got to keep the burnt ends those are my favorite :D
