I've always enjoyed my tater tots burned. I like them when they are crispy like potato chips. If they are done just right, I don't like them; therefore, I like my hash browns burned too for a crunch.

if you take a bag of shoestring potatoes and deep fry them long enough you will have potato sticks - mmmmmm
