I am excited, each flower only has 3 stamens these stamens when harvested and dried are real saffron that we use in so many wonderful dishes, and costs a small fortune. I am so excited! I will keep you guys posted to how I do with the crocus grwoing experience, more importantly the finished product HOMEGROWN saffron!!!
