I'll admit, where I live now I don't have to deal with the nonsense of never ending road construction. But when I lived up north, I experienced perpetual construction on Rt 95. No sooner did they finish a section, that they would have some excuse to dig it back up. It took me a while but now I have photographic proof of what the hell is going on........................

I don't know....that looks like the same crew and activities I've seen in Southern California, but come to think of it I don't think our crews are smart enough to do tic-tac-toe.

and I love when they tear up the route to the Bills stadium - traffic ain't bad enough and they do that to us! can't get anywhere and the traffic goes for miles -
every single year..............
