I'm heading to the Church to help prepare our Meal that we do every week for the shut ins and elderly in the community. We have volunteers in our church that donates the food and we cook it and take it to the people that can't do for themselves ...the sick and the bereaved.....who ever has a need.
It always makes me feel good to help others. And volunteer work is a passion of mine. If we all would take a good look around us we would see that there are so many hurting people that need help in so many ways.
I'm so glad my Church goes out in the community to get involved with help locally not just mission work in other countries.
