Well, it looks as if the house is practically a done deal. We hope to close at the end of the month. Still keeping our fingers crossed, but at this point, everything is in place except a couple I's being dotted..

The yard/pool needs some work as nobody has really lived there much in the last two years and the owner lives a state away now. There are a lot of little projects that need to be done, but nothing that would require more than hammer, saw, nails and wheelbarrow.
