So now that the hubby and I are getting serious about our health and weight so besides counting calories I need to make sure I keep our sodium levels down.
So I look forward to all the helpful hints you guys can spare on making food delicious but low sodium at the same time.

Hey!! I used to live in Texas with all the good food there it's so hard to stay in and cook. I loved all the Mexican food!!

Welcome to our forum, I guess the best thing I can say about going low sodium, is it gives you the opportunity to use fresh squeezed lemon as a salt substitute!!!! Yummy!!!!
