My biggest challenge right now is that I just joined Weight Watchers, for the second time I might add, and to continue to cook the way I am used to. Durning the day, paired down meals are easy, but not so much when it comes to cooking dinner. For my dinner, I like something more flavorful, and intense in richness. It will be a challenge...
