how can I remove too much salt in my chili?
just how much salt did you put in it?
try making another batch or 2 or 3 without salt - you'll have a ton of chili you can freeze for future meals
or freeze in small batches and add a small pouch of it to your next pot(s) of chili minus any additional salt

Potatoes someone once told me, not sure if I should believe them or not.
Sugar helps to balance out salt a wee bit... or as mama suggests- doubling or tripling the recipe with no more added salt to round it out a bit... Or also- try serving your salty chili atop large bowls of plain, unsalted rice, pasta, potatoes or polenta. That could stretch it and cut the saltiness a wee bit, too!
