What did you have for dinner last night?

We had roasted chicken with dried apricots, dried plums, fennel, thyme, and shallots. It was very easy to make and very good - especially the fennel.

Rice and shrimp boiled in 7 up then fried in oil and ketchup with added salt. Doesn't sound so good when I describe it lol, but it is. Im not so good in describing.

We I had chinese from a buffet next to our house. It was really goo. They have a variety of seafood.

BBQ lemon chckn with a green salad and fat free mango dressing

We ate "quati" last night.
Quality is the food which is specially for a festival. But we eat that other time also.

We grilled burgers and corn. I can't get enough of grilled corn in the summer.

That sound like you're a gourmet cook. I love apricots with chicken but you added the vegetables, and shallots too. Yum.

I had " Kaali mirch chicken" last night. It is prepared with lots of black pepper.

I tried a Rachael Ray recipe last night...Margherita Pizza-dilla. It was VERY good, but I had trouble and burned the second one. Bah! Wasted fresh mozzarella!

I think this is a new answer, I didn't have anything for dinner last night. Also, the last time I had food was 7 hours ago. I'm hungry.

Sea Scallops, wrapped in Oscar Meyer Bacon, and dab of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sausce -- Brown Rice --Sugar Snaps. Yum

We had left over chili from last night it was so good I think that it tasted better tonight than it did last night.

We're making a Rachael Ray recipe with romaine, kalamata olives, chicken, tomatoes, and pita bread.

We had chex mix because we were delayed at the airport. Blech. If there's anything worse than airplane food it's airport food.

Tonight, linguine with meatballs. Much better.

(That's a cute avatar, Raquelita!)

We had delicious Cajun bean soup made with andouille sausage and had the soup with buttered fresh sourdough bread. I love sourdough bread with soup and it's especially good with New England Clam Chowder.

Hubby cooked -- He fried up some chicken breasts on a griddle, cooked some rice and covered it all with Shrimp Scampi sauce of some sort. Was quite odd to say the least. LOL

A tossed green salsd with 4 oz of taco meat made with 93% ground beef. Only 8 grams of fat 23 grams of protien and 10 carbs

I had one of the new Lean Cuisine brick oven pizzas. Not bad at all. I try not to eat those things too often - high in sodium - but I'm fine with having one in a pinch. I had to work late and was tired. Should have asked hubby to grill instead.
