What's for dinner?

Saturday's dinner was frozen, orange chicken pieces, with ready to-go shrimp fried rice. Cookie :)

Tomorrow is shrimp scampi with pasta. I already cleaned the shrimp and have it ready to go in the fridge.

Mm, sounds Good Shrimp Scampi w/pasta. I went to Popeye's for spicy chicken and mac. cheese it was really Good! Cookie :)

Grilled burgers sound Good! I did some yard work to. I raked up some of the leaves from last fall I didn't get to. I had to cut some of the dried flowers so the new could come up. I also put the wind chimes and filled the bird feeders. Spring is here!!!! Cookie :)

Tonight is fillet mignon with bordelaise sauce, sauteed mushrooms, baby potatoes and a salad of arugula and roasted oranges.

Went out to a buffet for lunch today it was really Good. I'm making mostacholi and turkey-meat balls for dinner for tonight and hopefully have left-overs for tomorrow so I don't have to cook on my B-DAY! Cookie :)

All of your dinner's sound sooooo lovely, it makes our steak and salad with new potatoes sound rather boring.
I am off work tomorrow, so I think I might make an effort and try something different But not sure what yet..

Hi jakester, don't think we met... Your dinner sounds Good steak, salad, and new potatoes are so Good. Have a Good Day, Cookie :)

I tilled the gardens yesterday so felt lazy around dinner time so I just grilled burgers.

My father in law is getting his garden all tilled and ready to go to. I have my herb seeds ready to put out very soon. Jon and I got some of the long planter boxes for the balcony for my herbs to put out there and I picked up tons of basil, parsley, cilantro, dill and others to out out in the garden. I sill need to get a big pot because I plan to put one of those sweet 100 tomato plants out there. I always wanted to before but held off because of the landlord frowned about it. But he has since allowed people here to put out mismatched tables and chairs and anything else they can think of to sit and smoke so Im getting my tomato plant this year

Tomorrow Im making roasted chicken, baked mac and cheese and sundried tomato focaccia.

Roasted oranges? That sounds different. Jfain, do you roast them to caramelize them?

Well I bought a bunch of oranges at the store and unfortunately they weren't very good. I like my oranges to be kind of tangy but these had no acid at all. So I've been trying to find a way to use them up. I find that if you slice them into rounds, drizzle them with balsamic and roast them they flavor is much better.
