Looks good, B.

I'll make this Tuesday when Mrs W is out of town.

Maybe some chili to go with.... cheese & hotdogs.

So many options.

I had a recipe for beer bread (can't remember what it was) but the two times I made it, it was packy and didn't rise like yours. It didn't have near that much baking powder either. I sorta quite trying after getting a bread machine but I still will make cornbread now and then.

I've been eating leftovers while the wife is out of
town. No need to make bread. I found a loaf of
sourdough bread in the bottom of the "bread basket"
and it is a little dry but makes good toast. That
stuff never molds, I guess.

I cook more when the wife is out of town then when she's here Johnny. I quess I like the unsupervised mess I can make.

I know - but I'm the one to clean up as I go.
I can't stand a messy kitchen - it comes from
doing KP in the army and then running a mess
hall for so many years. I wasn't a cook but did
it as an extra duty. The XO did the paper work
and I did the rest. I have to clean up after my
wife, whether she does any clean up or not.

Today will make that Velveeta Fudge.
