Oh trust me. I clean up my own mess. I have a separate mini-kitchen in what used to be a Photographic darkroom (everything is digital now) and all my cooking is in there are at my pits or smoker on the patio.

I need an over hang over my patio so I can grill in the rain.
I live in the Tacoma area so it is a problem. Our kitchen is
big but would love an outdoor kitchen with a fire place and
Italian style wood oven - decent smoke, too. Mrs W has too
much reflux from my smoke cooked meats. I send a lot
of leftovers home with the guests. We're getting into more
ethnic cooking that is lower in fat and salt - but then I binge
on bacon when I can. It's a battle.

Nope. Too cold and wet. I deer hunt though.

BTW On your logo on the BBQ site; I don't have any of those things you show your friends but I have two of those things you show your enemy. G19 & G27

I guess that is another reason I like duck hunting - the cold and wet, but
then I've been pretty darn cold hunting deer in Iowa.
