Jon is like me in the fact he loves garlic. Me on the other hand..I love all kinds of veggies.
We were getting dog food once and one of his friends come up and ask him if his food is starting to taste a little strange recently lol. His friends are all as twisted as he is. Jons favorite joke is to get in front of someone and tell them its dark outside he can drive home.

He sounds like a terrific person! I wonder if one day he'll be eating a few more veggies. The way I like mine fried is really more of a seasoned bread crumb coating it just adds to the flavor of the specific veggie I am frying.
Dip the slices in the egg wash 1st then the seasoned bread crumbs. Does he like fried mushrooms? They are good fried! And then of-course many people choose to dip theirs in Ranch Dressing, you may offer him that as a way to make it more pleasing to his palate. Does he eat salads? Try different varieties of green leafy veggies; like baby spinach instead of lettuce. It tastes so good fresh, so different than cooked spinach! I have been very lucky with my children and my granddaughter I am raising, they have always loved my cooking and eat veggies readily:) And she eats like a bird, but what she eats is usually very good in variety. I just think veggies hold a store house of good nutrients for our bod's!!! One time I asked for help on veggie ideas and MamaM gave me a whole bunch of terrific recipes you may want to check that thread out!
