That is too cool, "yes sir ri" that fresh water is a God send!. I am going to keep my fingers crossed for you & yours!

I certainly understand the uncertainty of today's market. But in reality it has always been nerve wreaking when trying to get a home loan. It's like you have to jump through a zillion hoops, especially if it is a VA loan! Personally since I was 18 have bought and sold numerous homes and it never fails to amaze me how it's always the same old scenario played over and over no matter wether it is a conventional loan or VA. So just keep on keepin on like you're doing and just don't forget things always turn out for the best no matter what!

Jafo I am glad you escaped any frost and very very good luck with the mortgage. I hope everything works out for you.
The last frost here a couple weeks ago really hurt the fruit trees. Ours looked great til then. Now Im guessing we will get half what we would have. On the bright side nothing was hurt in the garden.

O.K. this one is gonna hurt, but I am going to suck it up and just confess- All the bell pepper plants I put in the garden----they are tomatoes:eek: I have no idea how I managed that one, but I sure did!!! I feel so foolish, and we are going to have tomatoes coming out of our ears!!! There are 4 more rows of tomatoes than I envisioned and ZERO pepper plants:mad: Now I started everything from seed; ALL my veggies, and how I did this I will never know:o

:rolleyes:Oh well good thing I love tomatoes!

That'll teach me to put aside my green thumb for over 17 years!:D
