What did you have for dinner last night?

I had beef stir-fry. Mmmm! I love stir-fry. My hubby likes it even more. It's something cheap to make & it tastes good. :)

We had spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, and Caesar salad.

I had alio olio last nite for christmas dinner with my wife.

just wanted something simple to do and enjoy the evening together.

oh yes, and with grilled bratwurst sausages! :)

I've never heard of alio olio. Could you tell me what it is?

We had chicken quesadillas again tonight, but I picked up some pepper jack cheese instead of colby jack, yummy stuff!

I had fried chicken, and shells and cheese. We also had sweet tea.

Last night we made some pizza and some hot chicken wings.
They went well together:D

Oooh! I haven't had pizza in a while. That sounds really good right now. :)

We had sort of an interesting "Christmas" dinner with the in laws.

Chicken strips (Paula Deen recipe; I would have used buttermilk or mustard rather than butter to coat the chicken)

Green bean casserole

Ham and cheese tartlets

My in-laws are visiting us because of the new baby & they took us out for dinner last night. My MIL says I shouldn't be up cleaning house or cooking or any of the other housewife stuff, but if I don't do it who will???

I think moms like to think that their sons will pick up the slack....and well, that's just not always the truth. :p

Last night, we had grilled tuna for dinner. My family likes it just as it is. No sauce, no seasonings, no spices. But I tried putting lots of garlic with it. Garlic really tastes good! It makes wonders too.

We had pork roast, mashed potatoes, corn, greens, and black eyed peas. We only had the greens and black eyed peas for new years though.

Last night I made Creamy Ham Casserole - a WW recipe with pasta and broccoli, as well as ham. I wasn't too impressed. I had made it before and frozen it, so maybe it's just better fresh.

I had a chocolate cookie afterwards so that made it better. :D

spaghetti & french bread - groceries are runnin' low (hubby knows to expect spaghetti when we're almost out of food because it's easy and generally something I don't make unless there's nothing else in the house)

Yesterday was my husbands birthday. I had a coupon for buy one, get one free at Country Cookin. (I know, sounds cheap. lol) We went there.

BOGO coupons are our favorites! We go out to lunch usually once a week and it's always somewhere I have a coupon!
