Maple Oatmeal Bread


1 Package yeast
1 Cup Rolled Oats Quick Cooking Kind
3 Cups bread flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1/3 Cup maple syrup
1 Tablespoon cooking oil
1 1/4 Cups warm water very PLUS
1 Tablespoon Warm Water Very





Put in baking basket and start.

Multigrain Bread


1 1/2 lb. loaf:
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons margarine
1 1/3 cups bread flour
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup 7-Grain Cereal
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
or- 2 1/2 quick acting active dry yeast

New York Rye Bread

1 1/2 teaspoons Dry Yeast
2 Cups Bread Flour
1 Cup Rye Flour
2 Tbls Sugar
1 Tbl Butter melted
3 teaspoons Caraway Seed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
7/8 cup warm water



Instructions
Yields 1 Loaf

Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.Select "White Bread".Select "Medium" color.Press "Start"

No Fat White Bread

1 Lb Loaf:
2/3 Cup water
1 Large egg
1 Teaspoon sugar
1/8 Teaspoon salt
2 Cups bread flour
1 Teaspoon yeast



Instructions
Add ingredients according to your machine directions.

This makes a small loaf.

Pepperoni Bread

1 1/8 cups Water
1/2 cup Pepperoni diced
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian spice
1 1/2 tablespoons Vital gluten to 3 tbls
3 1/3 cups Whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons Yeast
1/2 cup Jalapeno cheese shred opt
1 1/2 Jalapeno diced opt



Instructions
Add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.Medium color setting. Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf.
