2/3 cup water (70* to 80ºF)
1 large egg
1/4 cup butter or margarine (1/2 stick), cut up
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons potato flakes or buds
1 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
2 cups raisins or other dried fruit such as currants or chopped apricots
1. Measure all ingredients, except raisins, into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
2. Process in fruit and nut cycle or basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal crust color setting, adding raisins as directed by manufacturer. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.

Pineapple Bread
1 cup warm pineapple juice
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Place in bread machine as directed for your machine. Set on Basic setting.

Orange-Cappuccino Bread
Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients: 1½-lb. loaf

Water 1 cup 1 cup + 3 Tbsp.
Instant coffee granules 1 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp.
Margarine, butter, or spread*, softened 2 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp.
Sugar ¼ cup 1/3 cup
Salt 1 ¼ cup 1½ tsp.
Grated orange peel 1 tsp. 1 ¼ tsp.
Gold Medal Better for Bread bread flour 3 cups 4 cups
Dry Milk 2 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp.

Mile High Crispy Bacon & Onion Bread For The Bread Machine
1/3 lb bacon, finely diced
1/2 red onion, very finely diced
1 3/4 c warm water
2 T dry milk powder
3 T oil
1 1/2 t salt
2 1/2 t sugar
1/2 t mixed herbs
3 c white bread flour
1 pkg yeast
Fry bacon in a frying pan and when nearly crispy & cooked, add the diced onion. Stir around thoroughly & continue to cook until the bacon is crispy & the onion soft. Drain well & allow to cool slightly. Put the ingredients into your bread machine in the order as per manufacturers instructions. Bake. Add the bacon & onion when extras are added in the cycle - towards the end of the kneading time. When cooked, take out straight away with OVEN GLOVES & turn out to cool on a wire cooling rack.

Italian Herb Bread
9 to 11 ounces warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups white bread flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic power
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan. Select the French bread setting and medium-color crust; press start. Best made in a 1-1/2 or 2-pound bread machine.
